We thank our guests for their patience in dealing with these changes that have affected us all. We have and continue to clean and sanitize our entire property to the highest tourism standards, and have completed the Clean It Right program through TIANS in order to reassure our valued guests of their safety.

Check-in Procedure

One (1) member from each arriving party is permitted in the office during check-in upon arrival at the premises. The party will be asked a COVID screening questionnaire. Masks are required in the office at all times.

Party members will be given a key for their cottage, to be left on the kitchen table upon checkout.

Hand sanitizer is provided in each cottage and in the main office.

Social distancing on site

We limit the number of guests on-site based on public health guidelines, which may change week to week. We ask that arriving parties limit their numbers in respect to local public health guidelines.

Rocky Bay Cottages reserves the right to ask parties in excess of these limits to vacate the premises.

Cleaning Between Guests

Staff will not enter cottages at any time during guests’ stay but may come to the door to exchange clean linens upon request. All linens are changed, including any unused towels, between parties, using high-grade commercial cleaning products, including recommended COVID disinfectants. Linens are washed in hot water.

Guests’ Cleaning Responsibilities

Guests are to put used towels in the hampers provided in each cottage. Recyclables and garbage are to be placed in bins at the back of each cottage. Personal laundry is temporarily unavailable.
